We want you to love your Sekivibes. purchase.
Due to the limited nature of our releases, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or general preference.
However, in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, if your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at info@sekivibes.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and photos of the issue.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Shipping costs for returns due to change of mind are not covered.
We appreciate your understanding.
